Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging, with all included tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

* Return Authorization Number (RAN): Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our customer service team. Returns without an RAN will not be processed. -
Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective product), you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or Customized Items: Products that have been personalized, customized, or altered to your specifications cannot be returned unless they are defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 3: Package and Ship the Return: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4: Processing the Return: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If the return meets all eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
4. Refunds

Refund Methods: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. For example, if you paid using a credit card, the refund will be credited to that credit card.

Our Limited Warranty: LuxuryBathChic provides a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, modifications, normal wear and tear, or any other damages that are not direct results of manufacturing defects.
